Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify, items must be

In their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@theboatersboutique.com to initiate your return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
⚠️ Please note: Unsolicited returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

If you're returning for any other reason (e.g. changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
How Returns Are Shipped
All returns must be mailed to us. We do not accept in-person drop-offs.
Return Labels:
If your return qualifies (damaged/defective), we’ll email you a pre-paid label to download and print.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirming its status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@theboatersboutique.com
