Price Match Guarantee Policy

At The Boaters Boutique, we are committed to offering our customers the best value. If a qualifying competitor offers an identical item at a lower price, we will confidently outperform them.

How It Works:

If you purchase an item from The Boater's Boutique and then find the identical item advertised at a lower price by a qualifying retailer, contact us within 1-3 business days of your purchase. We’ll refund you the difference or match the price before your purchase — it’s your choice.

Qualifying Conditions:

To be eligible for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be identical (brand, model, size, color, etc.).

• The competitor must be an authorized online retailer (no auction sites, marketplaces like eBay or Amazon Marketplace, or private sellers).

• The item must be in stock and available for immediate shipment at the lower price.

• The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable.

• Price matches are only valid before discounts, coupons, or promo codes are applied.

• The match request must be submitted within 1-3 business days of your purchase date.

Exclusions:

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or refurbished items.

• Limited-time promotions (flash sales, daily deals, Black Friday, Cyber Monday).

• Prices from membership- or subscription-based retailers (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club).

• Bundle offers, financing offers, or free-with-purchase promotions.

How to Request a Price Match:

1. Email us at support@theboatersboutique.com with the subject “Price Match Request.”

2. Include the following in your email:

   • Your order number.

   • A screenshot or link to the competitor’s product listing.

   • The advertised price and retailer’s name.

Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days and notify you of the outcome.

Final Notes:

The Boaters Boutique reserves the right to verify the competitor’s pricing and product availability and may decline requests that do not meet the above criteria. We also reserve the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time without notice.
