What if my item arrives damaged?
We kindly ask that you inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage—even to the packaging—please note it when signing for the delivery. If you can’t inspect the item right away but suspect possible damage, mark the receipt with “suspect damage.”
If your order does arrive damaged, please email photos of the damage to support@theboatersboutique.com. We’ll take care of a replacement or refund right away, typically within 1 business day.
